Everything Exceptional and wonderful .. The view of Jakarta from 60th floor was breathtaking. The staff was super helpful and courteous. Breakfast Exceptional with all kind of choices

1. Very comfort bed and sofa bed 2. Room. It was always clean and and interior make us feel homey. Thanks to Mr. Bayu & Ms. Virgi (both created cute elephant from towels that make our children happy) or other cleaners who kept our room always clean. Also have very good view from our high floor 3. Breakfast (a lot of variety at seasonal tastes 51st floor, while also comfy at westin 65th floor with quieter place). At room dinner also tasty. 4. Swimming pool. Although not too big, but very good health protocol. You need to book it first before swimming, so not too many people. And it's warm water pool

The staff especially the front lady at the breakfast area. Even I arrived past 5 minutes breakfast closed. She voluntarily took down my orders and move swiftly to get my foods deliver to me in time . Kudo to her - Sorry miss her name ( 12 Dec - 10.05am).

The comfort in the room. I was given a presidential room so, it was enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was rich and to my liking. The staff was welcoming

This was my second times of staying at Westin for my birthday celebration. The reception was great and very informative. I eventually got a complimentary of upgraded to premium king room. (After my telephone to Westin reservation team prior to my checking in). I found that they again gave me the same hotel room exactly same as my previously stay at year 2021. The birthday cake was surprised me when I checked in hotel room. Excellent services! The cityscape was brilliant day and night. Will definitely come back!

Phenomenal location, not only in the heart of Jakarta but also at the highest point in Indonesia. The panoramic views were gorgeous, absolutely stunning. The bedding was perfection. Food was great. The Staff were all professional and polite, incredibly helpful and accommodating. Ms. Yolanda at Reception was truly exceptional, highly skilled in the forgotten art of customer service. She is certainly an asset to the Hotel. Ms. Leonitha with concierge was also very helpful. I certainly hope to have the opportunity to stay here again soon.

My room was facing the cemetery. It will be better if I could have a room with other views.

The room and the club lounge are superb. really clean, well equipped, and spacious.
